Recruitment on a Contract Basis
The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) invites applications for the position of UC Social Protection Officers on a contract basis. The positions are available at the Union Council (UC) level with a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 50,000/- (all-inclusive). The contract is initially for three months, extendable up to one year based on satisfactory performance. Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 14 years of education in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Experience in community work, social services, or a related field is preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse community settings.
- Preference will be given to local residents of the UC or those from adjoining UCs.
- Proficiency in local languages and basic computer operations is an advantage.

How to Apply (Application Instructions) for Benazir Income Support Programme Online Apply
- How to Apply: Eligible candidates must apply online within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement using the “Application Form for the post of UC Social Protection Officers” available on the BISP website www.bisp.gov.pk.
- Important: Hard copies of applications/documents and those received via email will not be accepted.
- Application Details: Ensure accurate entries of personal particulars, CNIC number, domicile, educational qualifications, religion, gender, functional phone number, etc., when filling out the application form.
- Multiple Posts: Candidates can apply for a maximum of two posts in any district/tehsil/UC, but separate online application forms must be filled out for each.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for the recruitment process.
- Document Verification: Original documents will be verified at the time of the interview. Any discrepancies may result in the cancellation of the application.
- Government Employees: Candidates currently in government service must resign before joining if selected.

- Contractual Terms: Candidates appointed on a contract basis cannot claim regularization and will not be regularized in BISP service.
